Government approval received
Our lawyers and realtors tell us that the Church received approval from the courts for the sale! One the title search and insurance company signs off, we should be able to schedule a closing. We hope to close by the end of March or in early April!

We learned from the Church’s realtor last night that the Presbytery approved the sale. We’re waiting on the official minutes, but this is a big step forward!
Contract moving forward
Our deposit check was cashed on January 14, so our project is moving forward! Next steps are Church approval followed by state approval!
